The goal was to design a web presence that communicated the depth and sophistication of Akua's AI-native payment infrastructure — making complex, enterprise-grade technology feel approachable, credible, and conversion-ready for PayFacs, banks, and fintechs.

Akua operates at the intersection of AI and financial infrastructure — a highly technical product targeting a sophisticated B2B audience. The challenge was translating a multi-module, multi-agent platform into a visual system that could communicate trust and capability without overwhelming the visitor.

Conducted an audit of leading fintech and infrastructure platforms to identify visual patterns that signal trust and technical credibility. Mapped Akua's core user journeys across PayFac operators, developers, and C-suite decision-makers.

Design & Prototyping

Built a modular design system using Akua's brand language — soft gradients, card-based layouts, and a clean typographic hierarchy. Iterated on the hero, product module grid, and feature cards to balance density with clarity.

Implementation

Translated high-fidelity Figma designs into a fully responsive web experience. Ensured consistent rendering across devices while preserving the visual complexity of infrastructure diagrams and API documentation sections.

Testing & Optimization

Reviewed all sections for information hierarchy, CTA placement, and conversion flow. Refined copy-design pairing across key landing sections to reduce cognitive load and improve time-to-understand for new visitors.
